Hey All,

Recently I was diagnosed with PCOS. I had to keep a check on calorie intake. I had to have my meal in portions & include green leafy vegetables, fruits and fluids. The worst thing was to resist the temptation of eating processed foods like noodles, pasta, samosas, french fries, chips and chocolates. I was on the lookout for healthy snacks that are high on protein and low carb/sugar wise. Honestly, there were too many options to pick from. These energy bars are designed to replace oily fried snacks and fast food. I felt that the taste of chocolate chunk nut could have been better. All yogabars are not completely sugar free as some of them contains 9 -11 gm sugar.
