After a hectic week day schedule we all feel stressed and exhausted. We face many challenges in our day to day life which results in tension.By the end of the day our energy levels will be down.

Few tips

  •   Clear your mind from negative thoughts.be positive
  •  Wake up early. I am not telling you to wake up 4 o clock in the morning. 
  •  Just wake ten minutes earlier than your normal time. 
  • You will feel refreshed when you wake up early and this will brighten up your day.
  •  Spend some time for yourself
  •  Put a smile on your face.Don’t frown
  •  Exercise, meditate and practice yoga techniques like deep breathing.
  •  Do massage. Ear massage is very effective in stress relief.
  • Flirt or spend some time with the one you really love. Go talk with them for 10 minutes. You will feel                                 happy.
  • Visualize. Let your mind wander. Dream
  •  Practice correct sitting and standing postures.
  •  Be confident
  •  Go for a 5 min walk
  •  Use stress relief products and techniques like aromatherapy.
  • Soak Away Your Troubles.ha ha.you just read it right.
  • Immerse yourself in a scent which you love
  • Relax with a soothing music. Close your eyes and enjoy.
  • Eat a piece of your favourite chocolate. Enjoy it by licking the molten chocolate.
  • Sleep well.
  • Eat balanced diet avoiding junk foods
  • Say good bye to your bad friends

    Detox Bath recipe
    Add the following to a tub of warm water, and soak for at least 20 minutes:

    • ·         1/2 C Epsom Salts
    • ·         1/2 C Baking Soda
    • ·         1/3 C Apple Cider Vinegar
    •        1/3 C Hydrogen Peroxide

    cups of coarsely ground coffee beans
    1/2 cup raw sugar or sea salt 
    1-3 tablespoons massage oil
    Unwind before bed:
    Take a warm shower before you go to bed. Add a few drops of your  favourite essential oil and steam your face.Rinse with cool water
    Let your mind wander away from all stress into the wonderful calming effects.Give them (stress, tension etc.) a go today!
