My Take on the Product:
Himalaya Refreshing Fruit Face Pack comes in a opaque white squeeze tube with a dark green flip cap. The cap shuts quite tight and the tube can be securely carried around in your bag without any fear of spillage. The packaging is simple and sturdy. All Himalaya products have a similar packaging. The product is travel friendly.
The face pack is light yellow in color like a sandal paste. The scent is fruity and it is mild as well. The texture of the face pack is smooth and creamy. The consistency is thick and that of a multani mitti paste. There is no need to mix as it is a ready to use pack that can be used directly from the tube. The application of the pack is easy and mess free. It spreads easily on damp skin. I cleanse my face and then put this pack on. I let it sit on my skin for about 10-15 minutes. It gives a mild tingling sensation which does not cause any uneasiness. If you feel the pack is so thick, you can add few drops of rose water.
It wont harden or tighten the skin like traditional packs. It is easy to remove and gets washed off without much efforts. There is no residue left behind. The scent lingers only for about 30 mins and disappears thereafter.
My skin feels soft and supple after using this pack. I noticed a temporary glow/brightness in my face. It absorbs excess oil and sebum. My face felt so clean and healthy. I like using it to pamper my skin. It does not dry out the skin and is rather moisturizing in nature on my oily skin. I haven’t had any negative experiences with this face pack so far. It may not be of great help to oily skinned ladies. This face pack helps in lightening the blemishes when used regularly.
It may not be so hydrating on dry skin, so you can add a few drops of essential oil to it or follow up with a moisturizer later. The only con is that it does take time to show results since it is an herbal product. It gives white heads at times on my oily skin due to its creamy nature.
Himalaya fruit face pack comes at a decent price tag which makes it affordable. For getting maximum results it needs to be used regularly. The claims are true but short lived. The product is not miraculous but it is suitable for regular use with decent results.
Himalaya’s Refreshing Fruit Pack blends together a host of natural fruity ingredients that leave your skin feeling rejuvenated.
The extracts of Papaya, Fig, Crab Apple, Cucumber and Fuller’s Earth nourish the skin and improve skin glow. This Fruit Pack cools the skin, smoothens it and removes deep seated impurities.
Papaya is a key ingredient in skin whitening products and can renew cells or exfoliate skin. Fig has a cooling effect and is also rich in antioxidants. Crab Apple prevents premature skin aging. Cucumber is an excellent toner as it immediately tightens open pores. Fuller’s Earth is an excellent cleanser.
Himalaya’s Refreshing Fruit Pack is worth trying. I highly recommend it for summers! Dry Skinned ladies can use it for winters too. This is best suited for people with normal to dry skin.
