The Package :

I love it when the goodies arrived gift packed or with a personal touch.I got this package via registered mail and no customs was charged since customs declaration was attached and it was marked as gift.

My Take on Strawberry.Net:

Before a month,One of my friend told that she is going to place an order with strawberry.net . I was eyeing that Korres lip balm on their site for a long time and badly wanted to get it.So I asked her to get it for me and said I will pay her once the order reaches.She agreed and we placed a combined haul.

Usually the product reaches in 15-20 days and we still hadn’t received it after 30 days.The Post office said it is lost in transit.The parcel seems to be lost.She mailed the customer care and they immediately arranged for a refund since she didn’t want to take risk thinking what if the parcel doesn’t reach second time too.

I came to know via some of the co bloggers that strawberry.net refunds the customs amount too.Not Sure though.

I received this particular package empty for the first time.The goodie was stolen and only the thermocols were inside to my horror.

I mailed the customer care team and immediately sent me another one ( Many Thanks for your kind gesture ) .I received it in 10 days.

Trust me when I say this the customer care team is so friendly,helpful and responsive.

Strawberry.net has some amazing discounts and offers too.They stock many international and luxurious brands.

Overall, a great makeup shopping website.

I am worried about the customs part.I am soon placing my order.
