Maybelline Cheeky Glow in Fresh Coral Review,Swatches & FOTD

Hi Girls,

Blush is one of my favourite makeup item and I can’t live without it.I am so much addicted when it comes to blush.I have a dozen and still I am not satisfied 😛

Maybelline had recently launched its cheeky glow range of blushes a few months back and since then it is the much raved product in the blogosphere. I know I am a bit late to try this product 🙂 But I am happy that I have got my hands on it.I ordered them from the GOSF sale at Nykaa.com.

Do you want to know about the performance of these blushes and why most of the people love it.Then read this review to know more.

I am really getting addicted to maybelline products and it is really a very good drugstore brand.

How to apply:
For the most natural look, always concentrate the color on the apples of your cheeks and blend well. Apply the blush along your cheekbones for instant contours.

My Take on the Product:
The product comes in a tiny packaging. It comes in a cute round white tub with a transparent top which is flip open type. The pan is made of plastic and you can view the colour clearly.
There are three shades in this range and all of them are nice.I tried Fresh Coral which is an amazing colour. It gives a soft light pinkish coral touch.Looks like a light orangish in light 🙂 I love the colour pay off. These blushes are so cute and super affordable. It has a decent pigmentation and colour pay off.The colour is really buildable and it is easily blended into the skin.It doesnt look chalky pr patchy. The packaging is so attractive and fits in my makeup pouch well.So travel friendly but not so sturdy.
The texture is very smooth and silky. It gives a nice subtle flush to the cheeks. It looks natural and beautiful.Perfect for daily use.
It has a very little shimmer that doesn’t show up and it has a matte effect on skin.Even in the hot climate of my place it stays upto 3-4 hours without any touch ups.It suits all skin tones.

** Excuse me for the pimples. If you have read my previous post you’d know.
I am under an acne attack 🙁

Final Word: It never makes me look like a clown unlike some blushes and it’s affordable. I use it daily.Oh, how I love this blush. It looks more warm on the tub but on skin it has neutral tones.Very wearable <3
