SBT SeaBuckThorn Roscea Soothing Salve Review !

Hi All,
I introduced to a Canadian brand called SBT (SeaBuckThorn) in my previous post. Today I am reviewing SBT Rosacea Soothing Salve. You can check my review on SBT Eczema & Dermatitis Soothing Salve here to know more about the company and the salves they offer.

At first I thought Roscea is an ingredient similar to rosehip but I was wrong. Roscea is a skin allergetic condition that causes redness and acne. It affects all ages and you will get small bumps on forehead, cheeks, nose, scalp, chest and back.

I do not suffer from Roscea but I have super sensitive skin. I get frequent breakouts in face and I also have body acne. I was recommended this Roscea Soothing Salve.

Product Claim:

Rosacea Soothing Salve with seabuckthorn oils is SBT’s most popular salve. It was developed for the uniquely sensitive and reactive skin that so often accompanies rosacea. The antioxidant, analgesic and anti-inflammatory SBT Seabuckthorn Seed and Fruit oils deliver a powerful anti-inflammatory punch and the German Chamomile and Calendula Oils are well known for their cooling and soothing activity. The dry, flaky skin so common to rosacea sufferers is reduced with the moisturising Meadowfoam Oil which nourishes the skin while preventing moisture loss with a delicate barrier. Regular application will quickly reduce the burning and flushing.
Price: $20 for 4 oz

My Take:

I was really excited to try the SBT Roscea Soothing Salve because I heard rave reviews about Seabuckthorn Seed Oil used in this product before.
All the salves are packaged in a similar way. Only the labels and names are different. They come in tin packaging.
Did you look at the ingredients in this salve? It’s completely free of harsh chemical ingredients. Its so pure.
The product is a vibrant mango yellowish  balm which slides easily on to your skin. It goes transparent on skin like oil and doesn’t leave behind a yellow coating. I didn’t find the fragrance to be the most pleasant but it is not pungent either. I am new to SeaBuckThorn ingredient and it might take some time getting used to. The scent of this salve is the strongest amongst all.
The balm looks very thick, but once you apply it to your skin it looks light. It feels less heavy. The balm is bit greasy as it contain oils. The salve is moisturizing. You have to use it for a few weeks in order to see a difference.
I had gotten huge pimples. After applying this they didn’t itch like they used to and the was not large and painful.
This salve help to calm and repair every bump! It is loaded with calming benefits for your sensitive skin!
